{"id":2,"date":"2021-05-10T12:08:42","date_gmt":"2021-05-10T15:08:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.observatoriolatinoamericano.cl\/?page_id=2"},"modified":"2025-04-12T14:46:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-12T17:46:22","slug":"observatorio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/observatoriolatinoamericano.cl\/index.php\/observatorio\/","title":{"rendered":"Observatorio Latinoamericano"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"kc-elm kc-css-139962 kc_row\"><div class=\"kc-row-container  kc-container\"><div class=\"kc-wrap-columns\"><div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-139089 kc_col-sm-12 kc_column kc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"kc-col-container\"><div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-937608 kc_text_block\"><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acerca del Observatorio<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>OBSERVATORIO LATINOAMERICANO DEL PRESENTE Y FUTURO DE LAS PROFESIONES<\/strong>, es una instancia acad\u00e9mica, sin fines de lucro, derivada de la investigaci\u00f3n sobre subjetividades con que profesionales del campo de la intervenci\u00f3n social, experiencian su ejercicio laboral, financiada por el Programa <a href=\"https:\/\/anid.cl\/proyectos-de-investigacion\/\"><strong>Fondecyt N\u00b0 11170220.\u00a0 A\u00f1os 2017-2019<\/strong><\/a>, de la <strong>Agencia Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/anid.cl\/\"><strong>ANID<\/strong><\/a>, Chile.<\/p>\n<p>Este Observatorio se ha propuesto generar conocimientos en el \u00e1rea de la sociolog\u00eda de las profesiones, que, en di\u00e1logo con otros campos del saber, analizan su desarrollo en un contexto de transformaci\u00f3n del trabajo humano, donde son centrales los debates respecto del futuro profesional en las sociedades contempor\u00e1neas, tanto desde las perspectiva de la formaci\u00f3n profesional, como desde sus campos de empleabilidad, en v\u00ednculo con el an\u00e1lisis de los problemas sociales emergentes en sociedades avanzadas. Siendo los g\u00e9neros; las subjetividades profesionales; las emociones; los imaginarios de futuro, y las trayectorias formativas y profesionales, ejes transversales. No obstante, el Observatorio se encuentra en permanente exploraci\u00f3n de otras perspectivas susceptibles de ser incorporadas en el an\u00e1lisis de las profesiones en las sociedades contempor\u00e1neas.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>OBSERVATORIO LATINOAMERICANO DEL PRESENTE Y FUTURO DE LAS PROFESIONES <\/strong>cuenta con redes en Argentina, Brasil, Chile, China, Corea, Francia, Espa\u00f1a y M\u00e9xico. Con un trabajo interdisciplinario, nos planteamos el desaf\u00edo de revitalizar la sociolog\u00eda de las profesiones en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, impulsando debates, propuestas y nuevas agendas, que potencien el rol de las profesiones en nuestras sociedades, y que contribuyan a la formaci\u00f3n profesional para la acci\u00f3n social contempor\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"145\" data-end=\"170\">About the Observatory<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"634\">The <strong data-start=\"247\" data-end=\"320\">OBSERVATORIO LATINOAMERICANO DEL PRESENTE Y FUTURO DE LAS PROFESIONES<\/strong> is a non-profit academic initiative born from research on the subjectivities through which professionals in the field of social intervention experience their work. This research was funded by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/anid.cl\/proyectos-de-investigacion\/\"><strong>Fondecyt N\u00b0 11170220.\u00a0 A\u00f1os 2017-2019<\/strong><\/a> of the <strong data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"633\">Agencia Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo (<a href=\"https:\/\/anid.cl\/\">ANID<\/a>), Chile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"1140\">The Observatory is committed to generating knowledge in the field of the <strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"737\">sociology of professions<\/strong>, in dialogue with other areas of knowledge, to analyze the evolution of professional roles within a context of transformation in human labor. Central to this reflection are debates around the future of professional work in contemporary societies, both from the perspective of professional education and employability, and in connection with the analysis of emerging social issues in advanced societies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1467\">Cross-cutting themes in the Observatory\u2019s work include <strong data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1207\">gender<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1240\">professional subjectivities<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1254\">emotions<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1278\">future imaginaries<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1323\">educational and career trajectories<\/strong>. Nevertheless, the Observatory remains open to incorporating new perspectives that can enrich the analysis of professions in today\u2019s societies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"2017\">The <strong data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1546\">OBSERVATORIO LATINOAMERICANO DEL PRESENTE Y FUTURO DE LAS PROFESIONES<\/strong> has active academic and professional networks in <strong data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1671\">Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, South Korea, France, Spain, and Mexico<\/strong>.
